TRNC Prime Minister Tufan Erhürman to meet Turkish Cypriot diaspora in first official visit to London

In office since February 2018, CTP (Republican Turkish Party) leader Tufan Erhürman is set to make his first official visit to London as Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) where he will give a public address in North London on 7 March. Accompanying him will be a delegation of business leaders from North Cyprus: Turgay Deniz, President of the Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Commerce (KTTO), Candan Avunduk, President of Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Industry (KIBSO), Dimağ Çağıner, newly-elected President of the North Cyprus Hoteliers Association (KITOB), and Cafer Gürcafer, head of the Cyprus Turkish Constructors Union. The evening event is being organised by the TRNC London Representative at the Grand Banqueting Palace in Wood Green. Mr Erhürman and the business leaders will each give a short talk, and the public will also be given an opportunity to ask questions. The event will be entirely in Turkish.
