If you are teaching or managing a Turkish school in Britain, the National Resource Centre for Supplementary Education (NRCSE) is running a series of webinars to help community organisations involved in supplementary children’s education cope with the pandemic. The free 3-part webinar series entitled 'London’s Out of School Settings Rise to the Challenge’ starts on 2 December, and continues on 3 and 10 December. The webinars, supported by John Lyon’s Charity and Young People’s Foundations, are aimed at diverse out-of-school settings that offer educational opportunities to children and young people in the capital and beyond. The series involves expert speakers discussing how to meet the challenge of teaching during the coronavirus pandemic, adapting to new ways of working, and bridging the funding gap. Each webinar will offer practical ideas, advice and best practice with a chance to ask questions. All that is required is to register your attendance in advance on Eventbrite. Registration links for each event are given below.
