Pegasus Airlines seeks new pilots for expanding fleet

Turkey’s leading low-cost airline has enjoyed rapid growth since launching in 1990. Acquired by ESAS Holding in 2005, Pegasus Airlines moved from chartered to scheduled services, and now flies to 105 domestic and international destinations, carrying passengers to Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia.

Later this year, Pegasus will be introducing new environmentally friendly aircraft and is currently recruiting new pilots to help with the expansion of its fleet.

The airline offers an attractive package, including the chance to work part-time, European-level salaries, and continuous opportunities for self-development through training that focuses on safety and quality.

First Officers with sufficient experience can also advance their careers with Pegasus through the Commander Upgrade scheme. There is also Self-Type Rating training for candidates with experience in different types of aircraft, Type Rating and Line Training with guaranteed employment to inexperienced candidates, and for those holding Turkish citizenship, a chance to become a pilot with the airline’s new Pilot Training Programme.
